Do you take insurance?

• Yes, we are contracted with most major insurances.  If we are not listed on your plan, please let us know and we will work on participating with your insurance plan.

Do you have a self pay discount?

• Absolutely!  We try to keep healthcare affordable.

What if my insurance does not pay?

• While we try our best to let you know ahead of time if there is an issue with your insurance, it is your responsibility to verify your coverage.  If your insurance denies your services, you are responsible for payment.  

 

Do you offer payment plans?

• If you have a high deductible or a balance after insurance, we can offer a three month payment plan to assist you.

When do I pay co-payments or co-insurance?

• If you know your co-payment, you are responsible to pay this on the day of your visit.  Otherwise, all balances are due withing 15 days of statement date.  If this is a hardship for you, please call to discuss your case.
